Teddy Bear Family Play Event: June 14, 2025 11am-2pm

Location: Listowel Memorial Park

We are looking forward to our annual Family Play Event celebrating play, fun and the freedom and learning that naturally comes with it!  

We are once again seeking local businesses, community groups and volunteers to support this event.  We invite you to be a part of our Play Day. 

Here are some examples of how you can help:

• Volunteer time to help—a great way to show your support of this day and advertise your Business/organization/Group, etc.
• Donations of products, materials or prizes (lunch bags, mugs, toys, gift cards/certificates, information pamphlets, pens, pencils, etc.)
• Financial contributions for rock climbing wall, inflatables, games/activities, etc.
  
  Any contributions you can make are welcome and appreciated!  

Our Play Day is a unique event in Perth County. It is set in a supervised, yet inspirational setting that allows families to instinctively, creatively and energetically have fun. From a broader perspective, the Play Day program is a celebration of culture and community. A Play Day brings children, youth, families, community organizations and businesses together to celebrate play.

Even on the “just for fun” level, a Play Day can make a vital contribution to our community. It brings tourists to the North Perth area and offers a variety of activities for families of all ages to choose from. The activities appeal to all their senses: sight, sound, smell, touch and taste.

Family Activity Bags:  This year we are planning to package and distribute 250 Family Activity Bags in our Community.  We appreciate and thank our donors for their support.

If your organization or group would like to contribute to these bags we would be happy to arrange curbside pick-up on May 8th.  Donations and promotional items such as; pens, notepads, tattoos, balloons, coupons, keychains, balls, activity items, product samples, etc. are greatly appreciated.
